Just bring a water bottle, comfortable workout clothes, and cross trainer shoes (the less tread the better.) Arch support, cushioning, flexible soles and ventilation are important too. I wear Nike Musique or Ryka Transitions. Nike Free are great too. Come a couple minutes early so you can fill out a short waiver before taking my class. Parking is on 4th Street or at the free parking garage on the NE corner of Campbell Ave and 3rd St. It would also be helpful to watch my videos about chest and hip movement before your first class.
