Beginner class is moderate/high intensity cardio with less choreography and more breakdown of movements, aimed to transition you to my regular Zumba® classes.
Zumba® Gold class is lower intensity cardio, with modified moves, ideal for seniors and anyone recovering from injury or who has have been inactive for some time.
